Green Bean Casserole:

6oz Wild Rice
24c Cooked Chicken
2can Green Beans
1can Cream Mushroom Soup
1can Cream Chicken Soup
4T. Minced Onion
1pkg Onion Soup Mix
3/4c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2/3c French-fried Onions

Cooking Day:
(Makes 2 servings) Chop and cook chicken. Prepare wild rice according to package. Stir in chicken, green beans, soups, onion, soup mix, and cheese. Place in one bag. Place French-fried onions in a separate bag.

Serving Day:
Pour chicken mixture into a 1 1/2qt. baking dish. Sprinkle French-fried onions over top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Lydia Circle's Chicken Casserole:

16oz Blend Vegetable
4c Cooked Chicken
2cans Cream of Chicken
1c Mayo
1tsp Lemon Juice
1/2tsp Curry Powder
3/4c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8oz Water Chestnuts
1c Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
1/4c Butter

Cooking Day:
Cook chicken and cube. Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry. Combine chicken, soup mix, water chestnuts, and vegetables. Place in a bag. Place bread crumbs and butter in a separate bag. Place cheese in a separate bag.

Serving Day:
Pour chicken mixture in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese on top, then sprinkle crumbs that have been tossed with melted butter. Bake covered at 325 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.

Korean BBQ Chicken:

3lbs Chicken
1c Sugar
1c Soy Sauce
1c Water
1tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Ground Ginger
1TBS Lemon Juice

Cooking Day:
In sauce pan whisk sugar, soy sauce, water, onion powder, and ground ginger. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Whisk in lemon juice. Cut chicken into strips. Place chicken in bag and pour mixture over.

Serving Day:
Grill chicken, serve.

Beer Lime Chicken:

2TBS Lime Juice
1can Beer
1tsp Honey
2cloves Garlic
2TBS Cilantro
1/4tsp Salt
1/8tsp pepper
3lbs Chicken

Cooking Day:
Mix lime juice, beer, honey, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper until honey dissolves. Cut the chicken into strips. Place strips into bag and pour mixture over chicken.

Serving Day:
Grill chicken, serve.

1lb Ground Beef
1lb Ground Pork
1TBS Minced Onion
2cloves Garlic
1/3c Bread Crumbs
1/2tsp Marjoram
1/2tsp Ground Allspice
1/2tsp Ground Coriander
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Pepper
1/8tsp Cumin

Cooking Day:
Mix ground beef and ground pork. Then mix in the remaining ingredients.

Serving Day:
Grill burgers, serve.

2lb Ground Beef
1TBS Minced Onion
1/2c Shredded Jack Cheese
1tsp Soy Sauce
1tsp Worcestershire
1 Egg
1pkg Onion Soup Mix
1clove Garlic
1TBS Garlic Powder
1tsp Parsley
1tsp Basil
1tsp Oregano
1/2tsp Crushed Rosemary
1/4tsp Salt
1/8tsp Pepper

Cooking Day:
Mix all ingredients.

Serving Day:
Grill burgers, serve.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers:

9lb Ground Turkey
3/4c Bread Crumbs
1/2c Minced Onion
6 eggs
3tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2c Parsley
6cloves Garlic
3tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
flour

Cooking Day:
Mix all ingredients except flour.

Serving Day:
Lightly coat each patty with flour. Grill burgers, serve.

Veggie Burgers:

16oz Black Beans
1/3 Green Bell Pepper
1TBS Minced Onion
3cloves Garlic
1 Egg
1TBS Chili Powder
1TBS Cumin
1/2c Bread Crumbs

Cooking Day:
Mash black beans until thick and pasty. Finely chop the bell pepper, mix with onion and garlic. Mix mixture into beans. In separate bowl mix egg, chili powder, and cumin. Stir the egg mixture into the bean mixture. Add bread crumbs until mixture holds together.

Serving Day:
Place patties on foil and place foil onto grill to grill burgers. Grill about 8 minutes on each side, serve.

Maple-Garlic Pork:

2TBS Dijon Mustard
1tsp Sesame Oil
3cloves Garlic
1/4tsp Pepper
1c Maple Syrup
2lb pork

Cooking Day:
Mix all ingredients and pour over pork.

Serving Day:
Remove pork. Pour remaining marinade in sauce pan and cook on med-low heat for 5 minutes. Grill pork, basting with the cooked marinade. Serve.

3/4c Olive Oil
6cloves Garlic
2tsp Salt
6TBS Oregano
2lb Pork

Cooking Day:
Mix all ingredient and pour over pork.

Serving Day:
Grill pork, serve.
