1 c. Ritz Crackers, crushed 4 T. Chopped Onion 2 Eggs, slightly beaten 2 T. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Ground Mustard 1 tsp. Ground Ginger 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp. Pepper 1/8 tsp. Paprika 1 1/3 lbs. Ground Cooked Ham 1 lb. Pork Sausage 1/2 c. Brown Sugar 1/4 c. Cider Vinegar 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. Ground Mustard
Cooking Day: Combine ham and sausage. Then mix in crackers, onion, egg, lemon juice, and seasoning. Place in bags. Mix brown sugar, cider vinegar, water and ground mustard. Bring to boil. Place in a separate bags. Make 2 servings.
Serving Day: Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Pour glaze over top and bake additional 30 minutes.
4 1/2 c. Seasoned Croutons 2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 T. Minced Onion 1 c. Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns 8 Eggs, slightly beaten 4 c. Milk 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Ground Mustard 1/8 tsp. Pepper 8 Strips Bacon, cooked crumbled
Cooking Day: Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, pepper, cheese, onion, and hashbrowns in a bag. Place croutons in a separate bag and bacon in a separate bag. Makes 2 servings.
Serving Day: Place in a 9x13 pan. Mix in croutons. Sprinkle bacon over the top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
1 box Spiral Pasta 1 lb. Ground Turkey 2 T. Onion Chopped 2 cloves Garlic 1 c. Pepperoni, quartered 1/2 can Black Olives 16 oz Pasta Sauce 1/2 c. Water 1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cooking Day: Brown the turkey. Mix in onion, garlic, pepperoni, olives, water, and pasta sauce. Place mixture in bag. Place cheese in separate bag.
Serving Day: Cook the pasta. Mix the pasta and mixture, place in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
5 c. Egg Noodles, uncooked 2 lbs. Ground Beef 2 t. Minced Onion 2 cans Tomato Soup 2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 1/2 c Water 1/2 c. Chili Sauce 1 1/2 c. Bread Crumbs 3 T. Butter, melted
Cooking Day: Cook beef. Mix in onion, soup, cheese, water, and chili sauce. Place in bag. Place bread crumbs and butter in separate bag. Makes 2 servings.
Serving Day: Cook noodles. Mix noodles and mixture. Place in 8x8 pan. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Cooking Day: Open crescent rolls and press evenly onto bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan. Brown hamburger. Mix hamburger, sour cream, taco seasoning. Pour into pan. Sprinkle cheese and chips over mixture.
Serving Day: Thaw. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake additional 25 minutes.
1 lb. Stew Meat 2 tsp. Olive Oil 2 T. Minced Onion 1/2 c. Soy Sauce 1/2 c. Water 1/2 c. Brown Sugar 1/4 tsp. Ginger 1/2 c. Hoisin Sauce 1/2 c. rice Cooking Day: Place meat in bag. Mix rest of ingredients in sauce pan and boil. Pour mixture over meat. Freeze in bag. Place rice in separate bag.
Serving Day: Cook in crock-pot on low 6-8 hours. Cook rice. Serve over rice.
9 Lasagna Noodles, cooked 10 oz Chopped Spinach, thawed 15 oz Ricotta Cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese 1 Egg 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Pepper 32 oz Spaghetti Sauce 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Cooking Day: Cook Noodles. Squeeze liquid out of spinach. Combine spinach, ricotta, parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. Spoon about 1/3 c. mix into each noodle and roll up. Pour about 1 c. spaghetti sauce into bottom of 9x13 pan. Lay noodles into pan after rolled up. Pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
4 c. Chicken, cooked and chopped 1 c. Sour Cream 1 can Cream Chicken Soup 1 tube Ritz Crackers, crushed 1 stick butter, melted 1 T. Poppy Seeds
Cooking Day: Mix chicken, sour cream, and soup together. In another bowl mix Ritz, poppy seeds, and butter. Freeze chicken mixture in one bag and Ritz mixture in another.
Serving Day: Pour chicken mixture in to a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle Ritz mixture over top. Bake at 350 until bubbly, 30-40 minutes.
6 oz Long Grain and Wild Rice 4 c. Chicken, cooked cubed 2 cans French-Style Green Beans 1 can Cream Mushroom Soup 1 can Cream Chicken Soup 4 T. Minced Onion 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix 3/4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2/3 c. French Fried Onions
Cooking Day: Prepare wild rice according to package. Stir in chicken, beans, soups, onion, soup mix, and cheese. Place in one bag and French fried onion in another. Makes 2 servings.
Serving Day: Pour chicken mixture into a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle French-fried onions over top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Honey Garlic Chicken
4-5 Chicken Breasts, cut in strips
5 cloves Garlic
1 tsp. Oregano
3/4 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Honey BBQ Sauce
1/3 c. Honey

1/2 tsp. Pepper
Cooking Day:
Mix spices, soy sauce, ketchup, bbq sauce, and honey. Pour over chicken in bag.
Serving Day:
Cook in crock-pot on low for 6 hours.
Hearty Ham Loaf
1 c. Ritz Crackers, crushed
4 T. Chopped Onion

1 box Spiral Pasta
1 lb. Ground Turkey
2 T. Onion Chopped
2 cloves Garlic
1 c. Pepperoni, quartered
1/2 can Black Olives
16 oz Pasta Sauce
1/2 c. Water
1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cooking Day:
Brown the turkey. Mix in onion, garlic, pepperoni, olives, water, and pasta sauce. Place mixture in bag. Place cheese in separate bag.
Serving Day:
Cook the pasta. Mix the pasta and mixture, place in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
Hamburger Noodle Bake
5 c. Egg Noodles, uncooked

Anna's Taco Bake
2 pks. Crescent Rolls
1 lb. Hamburger, browned
16 oz Sour Cream
1 pkt. Taco Seasoning
2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Doritos Crushed
Cooking Day:
Open crescent rolls and press evenly onto bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan. Brown hamburger. Mix hamburger, sour cream, taco seasoning. Pour into pan. Sprinkle cheese and chips over mixture.
Serving Day:
Thaw. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake additional 25 minutes.

1 lb. Stew Meat
2 tsp. Olive Oil
2 T. Minced Onion
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Ginger
1/2 c. Hoisin Sauce
1/2 c. rice
Cooking Day:
Place meat in bag. Mix rest of ingredients in sauce pan and boil. Pour mixture over meat. Freeze in bag. Place rice in separate bag.
Serving Day:
Cook in crock-pot on low 6-8 hours. Cook rice. Serve over rice.
Spinach Lasagna Rolls
9 Lasagna Noodles, cooked
10 oz Chopped Spinach, thawed
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
32 oz Spaghetti Sauce
3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Cooking Day:

1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
3/4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2/3 c. French Fried Onions
