DAILY CHALLENGE

Key to surviving the toxic hour (aka dinnertime): Slow-cooker meals and freezer meals were invented by mothers of young children, don't you think? The majority of researchers from MOMSENSE magazine said that having dinner going was the BIGGEST help in avoiding stress in the evening. Prep as much as you can during naptime or in the morning before work. Even putting the pot of water on the stove for cooking pasta later is easier to do without a fussy baby (I'm sure we have all tried this). Know what you're having for dinner in the moring (or the night before) so you can get it rolling earlier. Or just have your freezer meals thawed and ready to go!!
